How we compute the Pulse

1. Normalize daily moves of global equities, major FX, crypto, gold, and policy rates to 0–100 sub-scores.
2. Weighted blend (defaults): Equities 35%, FX 20%, Crypto 15%, Gold 15%, Rates 15%.
3. Score ≥ 60 → Risk-On; ≤ 40 → Risk-Off; otherwise Neutral.
